Dave Jago is highly quantitative and an experienced STM publisher.
As Director of Publications at the Royal College of Psychiatrists for over three decades, he launched and developed both primary and secondary journals using subscription, hybrid, and open access models, built up a thriving book list from scratch, and launched the College’s website, developing it into a world-leading mental health resource serving over 300k users per month. Combining the web and publications experience, he then set up a highly respected eLearning platform for mental health professionals. He served on the CLA and PLS Boards, and is a past Chair and current Treasurer of Arts Catalyst. He likes nothing better than to dig into a good spreadsheet.
