After a competitive tender process, we have been selected to collect feedback on COUNTER Release 5, and to find out how it has been to implement, whether it has achieved its aims, and what uses people are making of it. This will inform and guide COUNTER’s future development. We are gathering feedback from libraries, publishers, and intermediaries via an online survey available at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/CounterR5_study. We are keen to hear both from organisations that have and have not (or have not yet) implemented Release 5, and would be grateful if each organisation could coordinate one response.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete in total, and in case helpful in gathering your organisation’s response we have broken out questions for each of the groups: libraries, intermediaries, and content providers. You can download these PDFs for reference before taking the survey here.
